The plainest page hides the most work

Welcome to sina.wiki — a website that looks like it was built in 1998 and runs a rotating 3D torus in your browser at the same time.

That contradiction is the whole point. The internet I liked best was made of plain pages: monospace text, blue underlined links, no cookie banners. But the web could also do things — little demos that made you lean in.

Why a terminal

A terminal is the most honest interface there is. A prompt, a blinking cursor, and the quiet promise that if you type the right word, something happens. Try these in the box on the home page:

What's next

This is a lab notebook as much as a blog. Expect posts on small tools, ASCII rendering, and whatever I'm nerding out about that week.

New posts are just .mdx files in content/posts/. Write one, git push, and it's live. That's the whole CMS.
